Privacy Policy
Lees is a wine discovery and community app built and operated by Orion Tech Solutions LLC, a New York limited liability company headquartered in New York City. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

What we collect
On drinklees.com (this website)
We use Umami, a privacy-respecting analytics service, to count visitors and understand which pages people read. Umami does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not track users across other sites. We do not embed third-party advertising or social media tracking pixels.
In the Lees app (currently in development, not yet released)
When the app launches, we will collect:
- A username you choose (this is public and visible to other users)
- Taste preferences you tell us about (used to personalize recommendations)
- Approximate location at the neighborhood level, never precise GPS coordinates
- Wines you log and reviews you write (public unless you mark them otherwise)
- Forum posts and comments you publish (public)
This information is stored in Firebase, a service provided by Google. We do not use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or behavioral tracking inside the app.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't share your data with advertisers.
- We don't track you across other apps or websites.
- We don't collect your precise location.
- We don't use the data inside the app for any purpose other than running the app itself.
Age requirement
Lees is for people 21 years of age or older, consistent with U.S. legal drinking age laws. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, please contact support@oriontechsolutions.com and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or request that we delete your account and associated data, by emailing support@oriontechsolutions.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and, if you have an account, notify you in-app or by email.
