These terms govern your use of Lees, a wine discovery and community app, and the drinklees.com website. Both are operated by Orion Tech Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "Orion"), a New York limited liability company.
By using Lees, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Age requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to use Lees. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may terminate accounts of users we reasonably believe are under 21.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Please use a real email address. We may need to reach you about your account or about changes to the service.
User-generated content
Lees is a community platform. You can post reviews, wine logs, forum comments, and other content ("Your Content").
- You retain ownership of Your Content.
- You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote Your Content as part of operating the service.
- You are responsible for what you post. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.
- We may remove content that violates these terms, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly do so. We don't pre-screen content, but we reserve the right to moderate.
What you can't do
When using Lees, please don't:
- Post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Sell wine or other alcoholic beverages through the platform. Lees is a community for discussion and discovery, not a marketplace.
- Promote your business or services without our permission.
- Impersonate other people, organizations, or wineries.
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise automatically extract content from the service.
- Try to break, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the service's technical protections.
Disclaimers
Reviews and recommendations on Lees come from the community. They are personal opinions, not professional advice. Tastes vary. Drink responsibly and within your local laws.
The service is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we don't guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or fit any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orion Tech Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Termination
You can stop using Lees at any time and request deletion of your account at support@oriontechsolutions.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we need to stop providing the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to these terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where reasonable, give notice through the service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
